Payment Methods
Payments may be made via approved digital platforms, including Wix, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal.
Refunds for Cancelled Events
If Yazjae cancels an event, all paid participants will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
Refunds for Dissatisfaction
Yazjae does not guarantee specific outcomes. Tutoring may not result in improved grades for every learner, and coaching may not produce the physical changes a client hopes for within a particular timeframe. While refunds will not be issued for unmet expectations, every effort will be made to ensure each client feels supported, heard, and satisfied throughout their experience.
Missed Sessions
No refunds will be issued for missed sessions. However, missed sessions may be rescheduled up to three times per participant.
A session is considered missed if:

The Learner does not communicate tardiness within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time, and

The Learner does not arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time.
Missed events can be redeemed for a voucher to use anywhere on the site.
Rescheduling Requests
Rescheduling must be requested within 24 hours of the missed session. After three reschedules, additional missed sessions will be forfeited without refund.
Program Changes
Yazjae reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product, service, or event at any time. In such cases, affected participants will be notified and refunded if applicable.
