Welcome to Yazjae. By accessing or using our website, services, products, or attending our events, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect our community and uphold the values we stand for.

1. Who May Use This Site

Yazjae is open to individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and identities. Most areas of the site are professional or family friendly. Some areas of the site or events may be designated “adult only” and will be clearly marked and/or require registration in order to access. Users must respect age-appropriate boundaries and content guidelines.

2. Community Conduct

We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and uplifting environment. Therefore:

  • No bullying, cyberbullying, or harassment of any kind.

  • No language or actions that promote violence, racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, or other divisive behavior.

  • Encourage and uplift others. Educate and empower. Stand for what’s right.

  • Respect young learners and maintain a family-friendly tone unless in designated adult spaces.

  • At in-person events, all Friends are expected to keep their hands, feet, and objects to themselves, unless consensual contact is clearly given.

  • Be mindful of boundaries: Do not overshare personal information or leave Yazjae-branded events with someone you didn’t know prior to attending.

Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from events, suspension of access, or permanent account termination.

3. Sharing Personal Stories

We honor vulnerability and transparency. If personal stories, traumas, or beliefs are shared in Yazjae spaces:

  • They must remain private unless explicit consent is given by the person who shared.

  • If shared outside Yazjae, the content must be handled respectfully and with integrity.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments may be made via approved digital platforms (e.g., Wix, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal).

  • Cancelled events will be refunded in full to paid participants.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, however they can be rescheduled up to 3 times, unless cancellation is initiated by Yazjae. A session is considered missed if the Learner does not communicate tardiness within 5 minutes of the event's start time and does not show within 10 minutes of the event start time.

5. Changes to Offerings

Yazjae reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product, service, or event at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, materials, and branding under Yazjae are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

Yazjae reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account or access to services for violations of these terms or behavior deemed harmful to the community.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

Yazjae provides services and products “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or satisfaction. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our services, except where required by law.
