Welcome!
This section of my website gives insight into my skill set as a Business Intelligence Analyst. It's so hard to choose one title, "Technical Business Analyst," "Process Improvement Specialist," "Optimization Analyst," because I am a data and process-driven collaborative communicator who is capable of solving a wie range of problems.
I use tools like Atlassian's suite of products (Jira, Confluence) when I'm on a corporate assignment, but since I am showing you how I manage my life as a project, the tools I'll share here (Trello, Notion, Tableau) are all free and accessible to the public.
I hope that each section of this page serves you well. If you ever want to have a consultation to discuss how I can help you, your student, or your business, contact me!
Trello is a digital workspace for collaborators that allows you to track work across various projects in one place.
It uses "cards" as a visual medium to hold your notes and resources, and you can tag your partners, indicate due dates and provide status updates within them.
Plans are free to start, but you can always upgrade if you feel the tool is useful!
This Trello Board serves as my intake portal, like how Jira is used in the corporate world. If you'd like to see what I am adding to the site in the future, what I'm currently working on, or a bird-eye overview of what I've done so far, that's where you should go!
On my board, you will find:
A Backlog, which has all of the features that will eventually be included here on my portfolio. My backlog is where I ideate.
A Design column, where I am mapping out exactly how my idea will come to life: What resources are needed and the timeline of completion are decided in this phase.
The Prepare to Launch column is where priority is assigned. The items are in descending order of urgency and importance, so the feature at the top of the column will be worked first.
The Execute column will only ever have up to 3 features at a time: These are the features that are in progress - I am actively working on them.
Published features will stay in the respective column for 3 days.
I will Evaluate the Performance of each feature and take into account any feedback.
Moving a feature to Celebrate indicates that I have achieved what I set out to do! Click through that list to view some of my passion projects.
This Notion Board serves as my workspace.
The Trello cards will have links to their respective pages in my Notion workspace: Not all of the items in my notion will be public. If you'd like to work with me on an effort, or have more information on something that isn't public, use the form below to let me know.
My Kanban Board gives an overview similar to my Trello, but the granularity of the information is different: All of my research and notes live in Notion (like document repositories in Confluence.)
